A creative studio based on the outskirts of Gothenburg. Our take, is a pragmatic approach in consolidating, refining, and expanding brand identity. We call it brand asset management. In part, this brand incubator is a place where the individual components of a business are given nutrients and care so that they can grow into healthy grown-up brand identities. With the help of Simon Sinek’s framework, the Golden Circle, we take a look at the core belief which is driving your business, in order to connect with the emotional brain to inspire action. Rather than just communicating features.


2. Heart & habits
A brand is not just about what you offer – it’s about how you make people feel. Every interaction leaves an imprint. Core values guide your decisions, and shape your brand identity. Let them guide the way that your brand communicates, and the culture that it cultivates.
3. Map & compass
A brand is the unique mix of characteristics and habits that sets you apart from the competition. Your vision is the future you’re building towards, the big picture that drives your actions every day. It tells the world who you are as a company, where you are going, and why.


4. Brand script
Does everyone at your business know what you do? Clarity and consistency is key to successfully answer the question “What does your company do?”. What you need is a clear message customers instantly understand. A story that supports growth.
5. Mindmap your brand
This is an exercise in collating and refining the outcome of steps one to four.


6. Compiling a brand toolbox
Which tools you need will vary over time, and will depend on your organization’s size. The brand toolbox is a dynamic documentation of your brands visual assets.
7. Composing your brand playbook
In this final step lessons learned during mindmap your brand and compiling your toolbox are collected into one. The playbook houses all things brand related – be it graphic guidelines, brand script, or vision.
